Cornetstone Communications To Represent Napa’s Artesa Winery

Artesa Winery is pleased to announce the appointment of Cornerstone Communications, Ltd. as its public relations counsel in the United States. Artesa, formerly Codorníu Napa, is a 100,000 case super-premium winery with vineyard sites in Napa’s Carneros and Atlas Peak appellations, as well as in Sonoma’s Alexander Valley.
Artesa Winery is owned by the Codorn?u Group of Spain. In addition to Artesa, the Codorníu Group comprises ten spectacular still and sparkling wineries in some of the finest wine-producing regions including Rioja and Priorat in Spain, and Mendoza in Argentina. In 1991, the Raventós family, owners of the Codorníu Group, opened a sparkling wine facility called Codorníu Napa in the Carneros region of the Napa Valley. In 1997, Codorníu Napa underwent a $10 million conversion, and crushed the first still wines to carry the Artesa label. Today, after investing a further $10 million in vineyard acquisitions and top-of-the-line winemaking equipment, Artesa is not only one of the most stunning wineries in California and a sought-after tourist destination, but also a producer of award-winning still wines.
